Since 1850, the Azienda Agricola Cascina Ciapat grows and takes care of their vineyards that cover the rugged and steep hills of the Roero. The company, a family business, is committed and passionate in its wines offers the immense value of this great little corner of Piedmont, made up from the earth, from history,
from the vines, fruity bouquet, an inimitable elegance and freshness and culture and tradition of Roero.
Passion, tradition and all the scents that attract this area are transmitted in the production and vinification of grapes from its prestigious grape varieties: for the white varieties Arneis
and Favorita and the black grape varieties are grown Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto.
The winery has chosen to capitalize on the teachings handed down by grandfather Giacomo and father Antonio while maintaining the traditions: “We have learned to respect the heritage of flavors created in the vineyards, without performing actions that may affect the diversity and authenticity of our wines.”
