The fresh mountain air from the San Boldo pass gives the grapes an acerbic quality that makes them ideal for producing Brut. The bouquet is delicate and lightly aromatic with an elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apples. With hints of wild flowers, the flavour is intense, dry and fresh. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage.
