Produces from a single vineyard in Castelletto of Monforte d’Alba. Intense and clean scents of roses, vanilla, roasted hazelnuts, licorice, tobacco and cinnamon. Fruity scents of strawberries and mulberries. Full and elegant flavour with a good body recurring olfactory sensations. With its big structure this wine is a perfect match for main courses of red meats, braised dishes and game in general. Also ideal pairing with cheeses.
