24 months in large old oak barrels; dense, complex, red fruit and spice, with earthy undertones. The palate is magnificently balanced, with powerful, grippy tannins, vibrant acidity and complex waves of flavour. Tobacco, raspberry, cherry, earth and a floral delicacy on the finish.
