The wine is a fresh and intense young wine, pleasant and round, to be enjoyed with any dish, apart from fish obviously. It looks bright, clear and ruby, with intense aromas and flavors of fresh red fruit and tastes dry, aromatic and smooth.
It goes very well with pasta tossed with meat sauce, risotto, pork and veal.

Anticipated maturity: 2020-2025
