Timarasso is not a particularly well known grape variety, even by Italian standards. This phenomenal white has a golden yellow straw colour. The nose is complex with aromas of ripe yellow peaches, citrus, and mineral notes. It has flavours of stone and tropical fruits, and hints of wildflowers, balanced by light acidity, great minerality, and a lingering finish.
