An elegant Brut sparkling wine, particularly dry on the palate. It’s well-structured and clean with good zest and minerality. The colour is brilliant straw yellow with an intense yet soft perlage. It has delicate, fresh and harmonious notes alongside fruity aromas of golden apples with overtones of citrus and white flowers. The flavour is aromatic and soft with a refreshing acidity. Serve at 8-9°C
